1/2cSun*Main raisins
2tbPumpkin seeds
2tbSunflower seeds
1tbPoppy seeds

3tbVegetable oil
2 1/3cBread flour
1cWhole wheat flour
2tbPacked light brown sugar

3/4cSun*Maid Raisins
3tbPumpkin seeds
3tbSunflower seeds

Measure carefully, adding ingredients, except raisins and seeds to bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light or Medium crust color. Add raisins and seeds at the raisin/nut cycle or 5 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack. PER SERVING: 245 calories, 7 g protein, 40 g carbohydrate, 7 g fat, 3 g dietary fiber, 320 mg sodium, 3 mg iron. Each one lb. loaf makes 8 servings.
